I have over eight years of experience as a nanny. I am First Aid/CPR/AED certified with infants, children and adults. I also have Jr. lifeguard experience and have a perfect driving record. I attend school part-time and I am working toward my teaching degree. I have my 12 ECE units toward my teaching degree. I would love to find a position that offers the possibility of staying until then (three years) or possibly longer. I have worked for many different families with up to four children, infant to 16. I previously worked with a 6 and 12-year-old with severe ADHD. My work day included preparing the children's breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and driving them to and from school and activities. Many hours were spent helping both children with their homework and school projects. We had some time to swim, go to the beach and explore new activities locally and at home. When the kids were in school, I did light cooking, cleaning, the children's laundry, my own schoolwork and often got to work out in their gym. I currently work with a year old baby girl, on-call/part-time. I just got home from a six week stay in Europe where I did a semester abroad and my fall semester begins August 27th. (Monday and Wednesdays I am in class 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.).
