I have 5 years of paid experience working with children as a teacher and care giver. All of my four years at Georgia College & State University, I worked for the Academic Outreach program where I worked with children of all ages. I helped organize and facilitate science based activities, led art and music activities and gave college tours to middle and high school grades. During the summers of 2009-2011, I also worked as a teacher with the university's summer camp, Kid's University. I worked with ages 4-16. We did activities based on a theme and did art and music as well. Prior to going college, I was a full time babysitter every summer for 3 years for two lovely girls (one was 3 and the other was 5). I've been working with children most of my life. In middle school, I was a substitute ballet instructor and I also volunteered at my church's nursery on weekends. In high school, I did occasional babysitting and also worked part time as a dance instructor for children ages 3-15. Additionally, I come from a big family and my mother has been a nanny ever since I can remember. I'm comfortable around children and love working with them.

I am currently employed full time as a Dental Assistant but have Fridays off. I can work Fridays and evenings only. I'm great with children. I am responsible, and I love teaching them new things while also learning new things from them!
