Hello my name is Stacy. I am a licensed and insured in-home daycare. I am located off of South Circle and Monterrey. I have had my Childcare license since January of 2012. I am CPR certified and I am also certified to provide medication.

I started watching children when I was 10 years old. I am the oldest girl of three siblings. I continued on my journey of childcare well into my teens. I was certified by the Red Cross and began babysitting outside of the home when I was 13 years of age. I had my first child when I was 30 years old and was still working outside of the home. I left him with a caregiver that I believed was a good person. But I could not believe that that person could treat my child in a bad manner. So, in order to protect my son from ever being harmed again, I decided to open my own daycare and stay at home with him.
I started caring for one family in October of 2011 and applied for my license in 2012. I love what I do and enjoy watching all the children in my care learn new things.

I am focused on education in my program. I teach the children the basic skills they will need to make it into kindergarten. I also allow the children to play among each other and learn interaction and imagination. I am part of the Wildwood food program and serve food to the children based off of federal guidelines for health.
