I currently have a flexible part time job at a non profit and am looking to do something else in my free time and make a consistent schedule between my job and a care job. I enjoy helping people out and working with kids, as well as animals.
My experience includes: babysitting my cousins and those in my old neighborhood ranging from 5 to 9 until I was 18, we would play games, I would cook dinner and often have to get kids to bed. In college my only care job was to my cousins which consisted of full weekends driving them to and from practices and school, getting meals together, and putting the kids to bed. I no longer will do overnight service as I am now married, but it was a good experience for me. Now I mainly interact with my 2-year-old nephew and friend's kids. I love the games they can make up. I am a volunteer Big Sister to a 14-year-old, and plan to soon work with the children in our church more. I also enjoy visiting with people and listening to stories, and playing around with pets. I don't have much on certification but I am a people person and just want to be able to make others happy, if that includes folding your laundry consider it done.
