I hired Sophia to watch my cat while my husband and I went on a 2.5-week vacation. I was very happy with Sophia and the care she provided for my cat, Bella. My cat is fairly low-maintenance, but like every animal, she has her own specific needs. In particular, my cat has a bad habit of playing with her water and splashing it on the floor. I left lots of towels for Sophia to wipe up Bella's mess while we were gone and said it would be just fine to leave them in the laundry basket. Although she didn't have to, Sophia washed and dried the wet towels for us. She did a great job of keeping my cat's messes at bay. When we came back, we were happy to see that all of our mail was on the table; the trash had been taken out, and Bella's food and water area was clean. Most importantly, Bella the cat was in good spirits and well taken care of. I highly recommend Sophia. My husband and I are temporarily living in Lebanon, MO, so we did not know many people within the area that could check-in on our cat while on vacation. I was relieved to find someone that is conscientious and trustworthy enough to let into our home. We will definitely call Sophia again if we need a great pet-sitter!
