I've began babysitting for my younger sister and other children around my neighborhood since I was 13. I loved it and began leaning towards paths in my life that involved working with kids. I focused on child care and child development in high school, including working in the at school daycare facility assisting with teaching preschool classes as well as taking care of the younger children. I also did peer tutoring with special education students at my school. In the evenings I teach dance to children ages 3-15. I graduated with honors from West High School in Salt Lake City last year with a 3. 9 cumulative GPA. I am currently taking a year off school before I begin a degree in pediatric nursing.
