I have been working, babysitting/nanny since the age of 13, and am truly passionate about a professional career in the education of children. I have been fortunate enough to work with a variety of children in my short life, from all different types of backgrounds and needs. I have cared for infants, toddlers, elementary level, and the last four years have focused on nannying/tutoring teenagers with special needs (Downs Syndrome, Diabetes, Autism). I have worked at a variety of outdoor summer camps for fifth graders, worked for Stanley Stamm Children's Hospital Summer camp the for the last five years in the arts and crafts department, and will be completing my degree in education with an emphasis in elementary this fall in Bamberg, Germany. My life has been working with children and some day I hope to have a classroom of my own. I truly believe this is my calling and would love as much experience as possible. I love what I can teach children, but what truly makes me passionate is what they can teach me.
