For the second two years I was mainly the nanny for one family and during summers when that family did not need me I watched two others. Likewise as a teen I was a summer camp counselor every summer and actually won an award from the City of Santa Barbara for performing the Heimlich maneuver on a child at my camp when she was choking on a grape.
