I am 22 years old. I have worked with two families in the past 3 years. The first family I worked with had a 2-year-old girl and I worked full time with them. My main responsibility was her, and I worked along with their parents on her activities and schedule times for meals.

I stopped working for them because they wanted their daughter to start going to a day care. The second family I worked for had two children and they were five and 6 years old. My main duties were to pick them up from school, do homework with them, cook for them, do outdoor activities and take them wherever they needed to go. The second time, I also worked with their parents on their schedule and activities they wanted me to do with their children.

I even moved out of state with them for a year and recently came back to California. I love working with children, as they are my main priority while doing my job. Parents are the ones who have the last word and it is so important their opinions concerning their children well being.
