I love children and find the world through their eyes amazing! I have two grown sons who I raised as a single parent from their age of 13 & 3. I truly understand the piece of mind you get when you know your children are safe and happy. I am able to sit in your home daily, overnight and on short notice. My granddaughter is a special needs child. She can't walk or talk. She has been on many monitors over the last 3 years and has a feeding tube. I have taught her to sign. I performed her physical therapy on her arms and legs. I have kept many children over the years. I am a Christian and I retired with 27 years from the full-time Army National Guard. I was laid off from a part time admin/clerical position in November. Jan-May I cared for 2 elderly family members. My CPR cert has expired but I am willing to obtain a new one if needed. I only want to work and enjoy every minute of it. I know being with children will be the ticket.
