As the older sister to five siblings, and with several little cousins to boot, one could say I've been caring for kids most of my life. At the age of 4, I potty trained my little brother, and I was changing diapers by the time I was 8.

I started babysitting a little 3-month-old boy when I was 15; he's now nine, and has two younger brothers. It's been so amazing to watch these boys grow up. The 9-year-old is super bright, and he's at an age where we can sit down and have great discussions. The 8-year-old is a dreamer, and we still play pretend when we're not doing science experiments in the kitchen. The 1-year-old loves to run about, chasing after balls and learning new words.

This past year, I worked as a part-time nanny for a family in Ithaca, NY. When I started, their children were 2-years and 2-months. As the toddler was in daycare, I mainly cared for the infant. We spent our days dancing to music, taking walks, playing bouncy games, napping (I spent a lot of time sleep training her), having tummy time, and practicing with the bottle.

I've had a lot of experience working with kids of all ages (0 - 16), and I absolutely love every minute of it.
