I am also in the military I have been for 12 years as an Active Reservist who overseas the welfare of 204 young men and women, who also seek my advise continually for guidance with everyday situations.
I volunteer to assist my young Soldiers with babysitting for 2-3 days in a row (24/7), continuously it gives me great pleasure to assist younger couples when they are trying to re-connect with each other.
I have a extensive background in healthcare, I have been an NREMT-B for over 15 years, I was a Navy Corpsman for four years and an Army Combat Medic for six years. I have been a military Intelligence Officer since 2009.
I do not have grandchildren yet; my oldest son says he's waiting at least five more years.
It's very lonely when you are on your way to be an empty nester. Young men do not need their mom unless tragedy strikes, then of course mom picks them up and dusts them off and gives the loving smile they long for and helps any way she can.
I have worked in healthcare most of my life, I continue to volunteer, my enjoyment is helping people, babies, toddlers and young adults who are in need.
