I've also taught children with special needs and have a 19 yr old daughter ( many years of experience! ) After I moved from L. A. I was trained as a Family Advocate at a local Child Abuse Prevention Center where I contacted the families of abused children and helped them coordinate any needs they had between Social Services, the Sunflower House and the Police Department. It's very rewarding to work, care for and teach children of all ages.
