Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I assume that you are looking here because you are searching for somebody who is trustworthy, respectful and tender hearted enough to care after your child. I understand the challenges of finding somebody who meets all of those qualifications but I assure you, you have come to the right place.

I am 23 and a Senior in college where I am majoring in English Literature. I have a background in the Montessori philosophy of seeing children as they really are and of creating environments which foster the fulfillment of their highest potential (spiritual, emotional, physical and intellectual) as members of a family and community.

Children are one of my greatest joys! It is possible they teach me more than I am capable of ever teaching them. As a nanny or even occasional babysitter, I will get down on their level and explain the reasoning behind discipline, enjoy the quiet moments and be thrilled by their creativity. I have experience as a tutor at learning centers, multitasking from years of experience working in restaurants (as well as food preparation to help those moms who need it), and housekeeping from a less than glamorous summer working in a bed and breakfast. Kids under my care benefit from art lessons, beading, ceramic painting, homework help, outside adventures, clay modeling, and many more activities.
