I love spending time with family, playing outdoors, reading, enjoying a good laugh, and enjoying good food with good company. I can carry a descent conversation in Spanish. For the past year I have cared for a Down syndrome client/ patient who has the mentality of a 2 year - 5 year range (with Diabetes - Type 1), she moved home to NY with her Mom to be closer to extended family.
I'm comfortable with a wide range of age groups cooking, feeding, cleaning, shopping, changing diapers, reading stories, and keeping a routine schedule.
I'm also willing to be flexible with longer hours when needed.
