For many years I worked as a VP of Development for a major bank, but decided to switch out of the corporate world and work with families and children. I have two boys of my own (ages 17 and 21) and have taken care of other people's children for a number of years. I have provided care for all age groups and enjoy them all! I also have experience caring for an autistic child. I especially like the teaching aspect of this occupation as there is so much to learn at every age, and children are eager to learn. I try to incorporate some learning into everything we do!
