I have babysat my neighbors' children, each from the age of 9 months til the present, and one is 5 and the other is 3. I have prepared meals for them, put them down for naps, changed diapers, read books, played games, and helped the oldest with beginning spelling. I have the goal to further my education and become a teacher for younger children and for special needs children. I have always had a passion to help kids, and try to volunteer at church as much as I can. I recently resigned from teaching a class at church for 2nd and 3rd grade girls, they were such a joy but my schedule became too busy to keep up with all of my activities. I am very patient, and I work well with children. Most children seem to respond very well to me, and it seems I can bring them out of their shells.
