I have been caring for children for approximately 11 years. The first children I cared for were ages 9 months and 3 years. I have 7 cousins who I have cared for many summers while I was in high school. I had originally gone to school for elementary education and did career exploration at the Decatur County YMCA preschool for a year. Also while in my freshman year of college, I worked at the Franklin Boys and Girls Club. I am great with kids. I love arts and crafts and reading to children. I currently care part time for my 3-year-old niece. I am a 2007 graduate from Greensburg Community High School where I was an honor student and National Honor Society member. I had most recently been employed at Audiology Hearing Care as a receptionist, but was let go due to down sizing. I am looking for some child care jobs until a find a new permanent job. I am available most days and hours. I have a reliable mode of transportation and have a clean driving record.
