Hello!

Up until a few months ago, I had been a nanny for the same family for about 4 years, twin 5-year-olds and their 13-year-old sister. I still work with them a few times a week here and there if needed, but sadly I had to leave that amazing family full time to do my student teaching requirement, which is 3 months of teaching. After I graduated in December, I have continued to work with children by working with children with developmental delays, and I also nannied for a family and their 18-month-old daughter, until they relocated to Boston. I found both nanny positions using Care.com. I am currently looking for a full time nanny position, a scheduled 40 hours a week. I have years of experience working with children starting in high school as I worked at many summer camps. I even helped to open a nursery school in the Poconos before I moved here to Philadelphia. I decided to obtain my graduate degree in elementary education after taking a job at an after school center in West Philadelphia. I really enjoyed teaching and being around children, which helped make my decision to go back to school the best one I've ever made. I have high personal values, I'm educated, respectful and well rounded. I'm honest and dependable, enjoy cooking and have experience with light housekeeping and cleaning up after children.
