I am a hardworking, outgoing, creative, and responsible nanny with a passion for taking care of children. I have been a full-time nanny for the past 12 years and have been caring for children since the age of 12. My experience stems from children of all ages. I have built a number of wonderful, lasting relationships over the years, and have found there to be nothing more rewarding than watching a child grow and thrive!

My experience goes beyond basic child care. A home with children also requires an ability to efficiently manage the day to day activities! My responsibilities have included, but are not limited to, scheduling appointments, planning meals, household chores, assisting in carpools, potty training, organizing spaces, providing homework help as well as planning play dates, activities and parties!

Beyond what I can provide from my experience, I believe that one of the greatest ways to teach children is to lead by example. I pride myself on being the best role model I can be! I engage with children on a level that they will understand while having fun at the same time and see the number of times they ask "why" in a day as a way to teach them something new!

I can't express enough the importance of taking advantage of the little things in life while with children. So much fun can be found in a nature walk around the block, or a game of kickball in the back yard, turning on the tunes and having a dance party in the living room, reading books, baking muffins together, making knight outfits out of paper towel rolls, or simply playing board games.

I am not a huge media fan simply because I believe children should be using their imaginations and creativity, and up and moving!
