I have been providing childcare for families since 1998, both full-time and part-time. I have experience working with children ages ranging from birth to 16-years-old. After living in India for six months to study educational initiatives and graduating from the University of Rochester with a bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Music, I became a teacher in an urban charter school in South Jersey. I have taught 1st grade, 6th grade Social Studies, and 7th/8th grade NJ ASK Enrichment for Language Arts Literacy and Mathematics. I have worked as a professional tutor in writing for 3rd-6th graders. Additionally, I was the Music Director of the Hyannis YMCA in 2006. I have excellent references and truly enjoy working with children.
