Sarah was our full-time nanny for 3 years. She is a special and kind-hearted person. Both of my daughters flourished under her care and have come to love and respect her as a caregiver, friend and part of our family. Sarah ran a preschool program for my youngest during the day while my oldest was at school, preparing her to excel in her first year of school. She used her own time to find resources to assist my oldest master her fear of math. She planned activities, crafts and games for school vacations. I never started my day without Sarah asking me "what can I do to help you today" and to a working mother those are not words often heard and so very needed. Sarah honored my requests, followed my plans and supported my decisions concerning my children, home and pets. She was always on time, provided plenty of notice if she needed personal time and never called out sick. My children loved spending time with Sarah. I appreciated having a stable and responsible person caring for my children in my home. Our childcare needs changed and no longer needed full-time care, that is the only reason that Sarah is not our nanny any longer.
