My interest in children started when I was very young. From the time I was 10, my mom had an in home daycare and I loved to help her with the children. When I was in high school, I took the early childhood vocational classes offered through the Career Center. I learned about the development of children from birth through five years and we ran a half day preschool. All through junior high and high school I babysat for families from my church. At this time, I have been a nanny for two families. The first family had one infant. I watched her from the time she was 10 weeks til 8 months. At my second job, I had 3 children: ages 1, 3, and 5.
I am passionate about children because I love to see them learn and grow and develop. I like to be a part of that experience. Also, I just love playing with them and teaching them.
