I am currently a teacher at a public school. Before obtaining my position here, I was the director of a childcare center for five years. I worked as a camp counselor with special needs children while I was in college and I substitute taught for four years before landing my full time position. I have an abundance of experience with children of all ages. When I ran the daycare center I worked with children as young as 12 months and up to 10 years of age. I am currently teaching fifth and seventh grade students. I enjoy children and usually have an easy time connecting with them. I am looking for a small part-time position in addition to my full time job.
