I wish I would've read ALL the reviews before choosing this unreliable woman. The overall score doesn't give the whole picture. I spoke to her THE DAY OF! She said she was coming over and I texted her the address. She never texetd me back saying she got it. I called her when she was 1/2 an hour late and no reply. Your text clearly said that you will no longer need me for that day and decided not to go out anymore knowing we had already agreed over the phone that I will come over and babysit! Sandy just started with us on January 4, 2013. We hired her as a night nanny for our newborn son. We also have 3 daughters who are under the age of 4 and we were hoping that Sandy could help get our three daughters ready in the mornings!

I cannot say enough good things about Sandy. We were in town for a few nights & needed someone to watch our 15 month old baby girl for a family wedding on New Years Eve. She was the first one who replied & had excellent references. She was prompt & wonderful with our daughter who was cranky at first but Sandy new what to do to make her feel at ease. Sandy emailed me almost immediately after I added the job on Care.com. My husband and I looked through many applicants as this was our first time on Care.com and we left a message for Sandy asking her to call us. I also emailed her. This was Saturday morning, with the job scheduled to be on Wednesday evening. Sandy did not acknowledge the phone call or email.

I interviewed her on the phone and scheduled an appointment time. Considering how difficult it is to arrange a meeting with a 5 months old baby, I have waited 30 minutes in the coffee shop for her to arrive. I even called her two times and texted her, no response! She was not professional enough to cancel her appointment or let me know that would not be able to make it. She is definitely not reliable!

Sandy babysat for my toddler and my friend's infant while in town for a wedding. She was very easy to talk and quick to respond to my messages and phone calls. She was punctual to the appointment and was great with both children. She was able to put my child to sleep when he hard a time going down. I would definitely use Sandy again if she lived in my city.
