As you can read above, this woman is very rude and makes her decisions and observations,

As you can read above, this woman is very rude and makes her decisions and observations,
before meeting with a potential childcare provider. She claimed she and her husband were both professionals, but her actions spoke differently. She claimed we sounded like a perfect match, spoke on the phone, she was anxious to meet with me (after our conversation) set up a time and place, I accepted, and then that evening sent me a cold reply stating that she and the conversation she had with her husband about me that evening had changed their minds. This is a woman who judged me before ever meeting with me. I didn't request the meeting, she did. Then they judged me and sent a rude reply stating that I didn't seem to fit what they were looking for. All this, without even meeting with me. They made rude assumptions and judgements and requested that my job would entail not only cleaning their house, but bringing a 6 yr. old to school, placing 3 car seats in my car in order to do so, picking up their son, with the other two children included, drop him off somewhere else, then pick him up from that place he was to attend after school also. She also told me that there would be days she would need me to drop off her 2 yr. old to a school in Galveston, which would mean another 45 minutes of driving with her 2 yr. old and an infant in the car. It all sounded so overwhelming, but because she felt I was a "Perfect Match" for this job, I was willing to do it for her. Then that evening, she sends me a cold reply saying that after speaking with her husband, I was not what they were looking for. All this, without ever meeting with me. They say they are both professionals, but do not act or appear that way. I have 36 yrs. of experience in caring for children and also with head trauma patients, and have never encountered a couple like this. I have also in my entire life, never had a complaint from anyone that I have ever cared for. I was loved very deeply by all the children I cared for and by their parents, and also by all the head injury patients I have cared for and their families. This woman is very rude, very judgmental, not professional and obviously neither is her husband. You can't judge people without meeting them. I have also told Care. Com that I am only interested in caring for children within a 10 mile radius. This is a 20plus radius. I prefer to work in Galveston and she should consider caring for her own children b/c of her expectations or hiring a live in nanny.
