I am passionate about kids. In Brazil, I raised my nephew since he was 6-months-old to 14-months old. Since 2010, I have worked in the USA public school system as Spanish Substitute Teacher High School in Maryland, as a paraprofessional for kids with special needs (NYCDOE) and as a substitute teacher at elementary schools (CFSID).
I have worked with kids from all ages up to high school level in Brazil for 15 years.
My experience with the English language started when I lived in London for a few months. It has been about 5 years now since I started learning the English language, both in speaking and writing.
I am willing to work with kids and be very involved in their weekly routines that involves school and after school activities. I moved from NYC to Houston in January, 2012 trying have a better quality of life. Here I'm enjoying my church in Katy, TX.
