Sandy is the best! She is not only dependable, and flexible, but my daughter absolutely loves her! She has been with us for 3 months now, and I couldn't ask any more for someone I trust to care for my daughter. A wonderful combination of relating to children, making them feel comfortable in a parents absence, and enforcing the same rules I would except my child to follow with me.
