This caregiver was unreliable. After contacting various caregivers, we decided to hire her instead of the others that were available. Two hours before she was supposed to babysit for us, she emailed me to say that she couldn't make it because she had a sinus infection. I do apologize for such a short notice. I was feeling just fine yesterday, I woke up feeling horrible this morning, and let you know so I wouldn't get your daughter sick. I apologize for being "unreliable" today, I'm not an unreliable person though. I apologize for your frustration.
