Samantha has done an amazing job this year working with our three daughters; all very young and demanding. We have a 4 year old, a 25 month old, and an 11 month old. Samantha does an amazing job with all of these developmental stages. She sets great boundaries but is fun and caring at the same time. She's very dependable - even when I call her to let her know the girls are sick, she is still willing to come (even with pink eye in the house). The girls love her and we'll all miss her. The only reason that we aren't using her is that my work schedule has changed. She is someone I trust completely with my children. I also loved coming home and seeing the different ways she would help out without being asked - organizing toys and drawers, etc. It always made my day. Stephanie A.

As a first time mother I was very concerned about leaving my daughter with just any nanny. Looking back on the first few weeks of having Samantha watch my daughter who was 5 months old at the time, I had no idea how blessed I was to have found her. Samantha is a person of integrity, honesty and a strong work ethic. Most importantly, however, Samantha is very trustworthy. In addition, she is very reliable; she has never called in sick, shows up on time and is very flexible. She has stayed late many nights when both my husband and I have been running late at work. She communicates her needs ahead of time regarding time off and schedule changes and/or needs. She does what she says she will do and does it well. She is very motivated and keeps herself busy. If my daughter is sleeping she will pick up the house and do light cleaning. She keeps me updated throughout the day on anything related to my daughter and her well being. She will even text picture of my daughter to me if she is doing something new or cute. Samantha is very thorough and very attentive. If my daughter is sick or not feeling well she will keep me posted on her symptoms, behavior or anything else that maybe important to the situation so I know exactly what is going on when I am not home. Samantha handles my daughter with great care, it is clear that my daughter feels safe and well care for when I am not home. Samantha interactions with my daughter have helped her learn to use sign language, how to walk, and how to say many words. Initially, I did not have my daughter on a consistent schedule. Samantha came in and developed a scheduled which included two naps, meal and activity times. This was extremely helpful to me as a new mom and it also improved my daughter's sleep patterns overall. Samantha is a very pleasant and caring individual; she not only cares for my daughter but for my family as well. A few weeks into her employment with us she noticed that I was rushing to get dinner on the table for my family. Samantha offered to cook dinners for my family. This was extremely helpful which allowed me more time with my family in the evenings. I am regretful that my daughter is entering into a new season. We decided that our daughter would benefit from social interaction with peers in a daycare setting. Samantha will definitely be missed. In sum, Samantha P. is an incredible nanny. I give her my absolute highest recommendation. Having spoken to many parents who utilize nannies, it is clear that finding a nanny for whom their work is more than just a job is a rarity. Samantha is that gem of a nanny who embodies the compassion, caring, integrity and trustworthiness that is second only to a parent. My daughter's (and my) life has been blessed by having Samantha in our household.
