My first babysitting job was with an 8-year-old girl. I watched her for one year and I was responsible for helping with homework, making meals and helping her with her bedtime routine.
Then I became a caregiver in a nursing home where I became CPR certified, acquired my food handlers license and am now a certified nurses aid.
My second babysitting job lasted a year and a half.
I watched three children. The eldest girl was three and a half, the boy was 2 years old and the baby was 8 months old.
I did the cooking, cleaning, bathing, feeding, took all children outdoors and did various activities.
After moving to Washington I have again gone into elder care and looking for a change. I enjoy the enlightenment children bring to your day and not one bit feels like a job to me.
I feel most comfortable with any child over the age of two and also can watch three children.
I am caring, organized, trustworthy and look forward to proving myself.
