Samantha interviewed with us and we subsequently hired her. We've only used her a few times but she's great with our son, is easygoing, friendly and very pleasant. She gets involved with our son on his level and he really likes her. She's stayed past 9 p.m. a few times when we let her know ahead of time. It's been great to be able to call her up and get a break or a parent's night out on occasion.
