* Mature adult who has raised 3 of my own children mostly as a single parent due to extensive military deployment of my husband.
* Currently employed part-time as a preschool care coordinator overseeing enrichment activities for approximately 110 children during Sunday services at my church.
* Currently employed part-time as a State of Virginia Certified Nurse Assistant for Elderly Care. Experienced with care at Assisted Living facilities and one-on-one in-home care of Elderly clients. Duties include cooking, feeding, housekeeping and companionship.
* Seven years' experience as life guard for New York State High School system swimming program.
* Nine years experience providing in-home child care to 3 children ages infant to 11 years, some overnight and extensive period due to military deployment of both parents. Activities included normal care and nurturing, reading, singing, exploring and other enrichment activities.
Other things to consider:
* Non-smoker, non-drinker, excellent driving record, great with pets.
* Enjoy menu planning, cooking, and doing minor housekeeping duties as care conditions allow.
* Computer literate in internet searches, e-mail and word processing.
* Wonderful attitude and great with both children and elderly.
