Rose has been providing part-time care of our 22 month old daughter for the last 5 months as I work from my home office. She is proactive, reliable, and adored by both my daughter and I. The doorbell always rings slightly prior to her start time and she is joyfully greeted by my daughter. She proactively organizes and manages her time with my daughter to include as appropriate structured learning (flash card, memory games, reading), play time (singing, imaginative play, and backyard exploration), and just the right amount of discipline and manner training. She prepares healthy meals and snacks throughout the morning and successfully puts my daughter down for her afternoon nap. Over time she has taken on more and more activities to help me around the house such as sweeping, moping, taking out trash, and laundry. She energetically and joyfully does all this in the 4 short hours she spends at our home.
