After having what was the "worst" care for our 18 month old son who continually cried upon my future wife and my departure/arrival from work daily, we fired our caretaker. We were desperate and devastated and not sure what to do? We suddenly came upon your website, after what appeared to be a long search for a true and caring Nanny on your website for our son, where we would not have to worry (and it was a hard and long process) suddenly, we "came upon" Nanny Gina! We both read her profile and reviews along with her credentials, they were outstanding and almost too good to be true. Well they were "all true and then some." The warmth, and love and high youthful energy that Gina displayed was bar-none. We first drove and met her with our son at her home, upon our exiting our vehicle and removing our son from his car seat Gina smiled at him and put her arms out introducing herself and calling him by name, our son smiled and stretched open armed with the biggest smile ever and went into her arms as if he knew her "forever" as she carried him up her steps to the house. She spoke with us while holding him times and putting him down and when he got mischievous an into the remote gadgets and touching things, she got up immediately and started to embrace him at his level and started to draw a picture with him using both his and her hands of a Mr. Sunshine's face. We were shown her credentials and letters, certificates, pictures of her past children and her Chef file, it was just amazing we were all so comfortable. She makes you feel that instantly! She was hired, need I say more? Gina then followed us to our home a half hour away to take a dry run and see our home, our sons belongings, needs and where he slept and our routine. Upon our arrival he wanted Nanny Gin immediately, she cradled, him made him giggle so much as she spoke ...sang and kissed him so sweetly. What pair they were! Ina held our son for nearly a half hour as we discussed how it would all work and she asked many questions, and offered great suggestions even, from his bedtime to eating habits, etc. We could not "wait for her to start." We have talked, text messaged and emailed constantly. We were set..happy! Suddenly my Mother-In-Law lost he job and had financial problems and will be moving in. We "are" all devastated, we still want Gina for the future, all I can say is please do "not" miss out ...I now know how ad why she is such a rarity and gets paid for her services as she should. And upon leaving and returning from work my future wife and my 18 month old son took to her immediately and did not want to let go immediately upon first glance...we "love" her, hired her and hope she will be able to care for our son in the near future! Again, Don't miss out, we will definitely grab her if available in any aspect of care for our son! Brian H.

I interviewed Gina for a full time position recently and was surprised to find out that Mary Poppins actually does exist! Gina's references and experience are stellar and her references match them. I spoke at great length with her over the phone and when she came for an on-site interview she made a point to spend time and interact with the children so that she could get to know them and vice versa. My children thought she was wonderful - her energy level is enviable. She could play like a 6 year old, be "girly and glamorous" with a pre-teen girl and still cool and respectful with a teenage boy. With promises of culinary talent on top of that, who wouldn't fall in love ? Unfortunately, in the end, we did not offer Gina the position - her salary requirements were outside of our budget range. That being said, we are fully confident that she will find the right fit and be a wonderful addition to any family.

Gina is a blessing and a true find for any family. Gina cared for my two sons and infant daughter as they were her own children. On top of that, Gina cared for me too! She made sure my children were fed, clean, entertained and to after school activities on time. When she saw I was eating the kids leftovers, she cooked gourmet meals for me (I admit work gets crazy sometimes!) Gina has the energy of a 20-something au pair with the experience and judgment of your own mom. She's amazing and I highly recommend you meet Gina to see that this is the real thing and not hype.

I do not think I exactly understood what a real nanny does or is until I met Gina. She has an outgoing, warm and sincere personality and I loved her immediately after one conversation. Finding the right person to care for your child or children is not an easy process. The person you choose will leave a lasting impression on your child. It is someone you must trust completely. Someone who would love and care for your child like you would. I had the opportunity to meet Gina and my husband and myself were so impressed. Besides her impeccable record, stellar references and experience she is truly a wonderful person. I hope we have the chance to have her work for us. I know she is the type of person to go above and beyond and takes her work seriously. She not only showed me her experience on paper. I saw it first hand during the interview as she played, rocked and eventually put my precious son to sleep. Anyone who hires her will be lucky because she is the total package. She has the innate ability to take your nurturing and mothering style and combine it with her expertise to make the child feel safe. That is so important for the child to feel that continuity and security. She is exceptional and we are grateful to have met her. Melissa C.

Our family was looking for a loving, caring nanny who was going to put our twin infant girls first. After what seemed like a lengthy search of candidates that did not fit our profile, we found Gina. She was such a wonderful person on the phone. We immediately felt a connection after speaking for the first time. When she came to our house, the girls immediately took to her. She got on the floor right away and started playing with them. I was so concerned, that how could I ever trust someone and find a person who would give our girls the love that we do. Well, she was perfect. I know that I would never have to worry when "Aunt" nanny Gina was with the girls. Unfortunately after we already hired her and she was to begin the next week, I lost a job that was promised to me. We were devastated. With that said, we were not able to keep Gina on for our nanny. However, if I ever had the opportunity to hire a nanny again, I would call her in a second. Gina is a caring, loving woman and would make a wonderful addition to any family.

Rigina is very warm and easy to talk to. Although I have only talked with her on the phone, she seems to have tons of energy. She responded very quickly, always writing and explaining in details. I loved how open she was. Our daughter is going through medical implications. Gina, being a mother who raised a sick child, took my daughter's story to heart. When so few seemed to understand what I was going through she was right there for me, although she barely new us. I cannot thank her enough for the kind words and support. I did not put any stars for quality of care because I have not met her in person nor have I seen her with children but I have no doubt she would be wonderful with them. She seems to be able to do any nanny task with high quality. In conclusion, if I don't end up hiring Gina, I am sure she will be wonderful for your family.

Our family had the pleasure of meeting Rigina for a nanny interview. She is a vibrant spirit with a playful nature. Prior to meeting, I appreciated her responsiveness both through the website and directly. She was timely with detailed responses. Our meeting was pleasant and we enjoyed spending time with her, however, another candidate's profile more closely suited our needs so we were unable to extend an offer. I cannot comment on reliability or quality of care, but as an applicant she was very good.

I had the opportunity to speak at length with Rigina regarding the position my family was looking for. She was warm, friendly and very easy to talk with. There is no doubt in my mind that she will be a wonderful care provider for your family. Currently, we are looking for a part time baby sitter and she is looking for a full time position. Although our needs aren't able to work out, I gave her five stars for responsiveness and punctuality because she reached out very quickly and was easy to talk to and gave her five stars for professionalism because her profile, attitude and energy went above and beyond.
