I have worked with children for 10 years. I started as a babysitter, then worked with children ages 3 to 12 as a gymnastics instructor for about 4 years. I have worked at several after school programs as a college aid then I worked for a preschool special education class as an instruction aid. I also have experience working with children and families in the home setting as a child and family development specialist for an early head start program. I assessed and worked with families to meet child and family goals. I have volunteered in the nursery at my church for a couple years. I also have my own 3-month-old daughter who is the love of my life. In addition to my experience, I also received a bachelors degree in Child Development and Family Life Education. I did my internship at the hospital with a Child Life Specialist where I worked with sick children.
