I have been a full-time nanny to five families over the past 2.5 years in Lexington, KY, Los Angeles, and Buckingham, PA. I am now located in Burbank, CA.
I am the oldest of eight children and have been the go-to babysitter at my house for most of my life. Family and household management is an innate part of my personality! I have babysat outside of family since the age of 15. I worked at a daycare during college. I spent time in China working with children at a foster home as the preschool teacher's aide. I spent 10 months with a sibling pair: a 2-month-old preemie and his 3-year-old sister. I was with them while he hit all of his first-year milestones. I enjoyed learning through them how to have well-balanced days with shared attention. I spent 3 months as a live-in nanny with a family with 5 children, ages 8 through 10. I watched after the kids, helped with homework and bedtime, and aided in managing the family's busy lifestyle. I worked for two families in a nanny share for 8 months. I watched each of their 2.5-year-olds together, full-time.
