I am a 27-year-old college student. I am a Christian, very outgoing and love working with children. I started babysitting when I was 13. When I was 14, I started working in day care at my church. Ever since then, I have worked at three different churches full time in the day care and have babysat for many families through the years. I have also been a nanny for two families over the past two and a half years. I play the piano and I love music. I am working on getting my Associate's in Arts degree and then on into speech therapy. I also used to clean houses and am a good housekeeper.
Additional information: I am very loving, affectionate, and patient. This is very useful for younger children. I can also relate to older children because I am still 25 myself.
The most challenging thing would be to combine learning and fun for children. All children's interests are different and holding the children's attention is a challenge as well as helping them learn things that will stick with them for life.
I love watching as children learn to walk and talk, watching their personalities develop and being someone that the children can trust and depend on.

The girls I take care of will be in a full-time summer camp, so that is why I'm looking for a job this summer, as well as for the fall since they will both be in school full time then.
