Hello! First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to look over my profile. My name is Bekah, a mother of one very active and sweet 3-year-old boy. I live with my husband in Marietta and am hoping to find a nannying position with a family in the Marrieta/Kennesaw area. As a mother, I know how anxiety-inducing the prospect of putting your child in another person's care can be. I, myself, have struggled with the idea of putting my own child in daycare. That said, I can assure you that the kind of attention and care I give your child would be no different than that I give my own.

My parenting style is very hands-on and activity based. I encourage my 2-year-old to explore his creative and cognitive limits with painting, coloring, block building, and even gardening! I firmly believe that children need sunshine and fresh air - going for walks, kicking the ball around, and sprinkler time in the summer are a must for us! We also spend a lot of time out and about, visiting local parks, the Atlanta Zoo, Fernbank Museum, and other fun places.

I'm searching for a family that is interested in the idea of me bringing my child to work with me. Of course any food, juice, or other necessities required for my own child would be provided by me. I believe this could be a great opportunity for other families with an only child, as the social dynamic would be beneficial to both children.
