The first review is correct. Raechel is currently 42 minutes late for her scheduled interview, with no call. We were willing to giver her the benefit of the doubt, as her response to the first review seemed reasonable, but in my opinion she has no regard for anyone other than herself. If I could rate less than one star I would.

We were scheduled to interview Raechel and she cancelled 3 hours before the interview because she had a bad cold. We were interested in her because she said she was willing to watch sick children. Then she cancelled, on short notice, because she was sick. This may leave some families in a bind.

I'd rather not go to an interview when I'm coughing all day and have a temp. I did it out of courtesy of others and not getting the family sick. I wanted to reschedule when I wasn't so sick, never got a response.
