I attended the University of Memphis for one year, my area of study was Teaching students with Special Needs. I worked as an assistant in a special needs classroom with students in the third to fourth grades. Also, before I moved to Colorado Springs I was a dance instructor for over five years, I taught children from ages three to 18. I have also worked in many nurseries with small children and infants. I have spent many summers as a camp counselor for multiple camps. Some of these camps have included: basketball camp, baseball camp, soccer camp, acrobatic camp, art camp, and day camps. I also spent two summers nannying for one family. The children were ages 14, 9, and 6. Along with babysitting these children five days a week, 10 hours a day, I also cooked and cleaned the house. The cleaning I offered for this family included: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry, and any other requested house work.
