I offer 10 years of being a consistent, reliable, and energetic support for both children and parents. I started out with a 5-month-old in 2002 and then worked in a child care co-op where I was often solely responsible for several toddlers at once. I also took care of a new born. Most recently I have been an after school nanny. I believe in helping children to explore the world around them while at the same time creating a sense of safety, security and confidence in their care giver. With a Masters in Creative Writing and a background in dance and drama, one of my specialties is to foster creativity in children of all ages and make learning and growing a fun, and active experience. I have experience with children eight days to nine years and can supply excellent references.
