You will find me to be well-spoken, energetic, confident, and personable, the type of person on whom your staff, customers, and children can rely on and feel secure with. My first teaching experience was as a daycare assistant for a Pre-K certified daycare 10 years ago. In addition, as the years went on, I engaged myself in volunteering at another daycare and nursery which was also Pre-K certified. Moving, I became a teacher assistant for special needs at a school, as the teacher position. This position was very rewarding. My main core focus within this company was their power hour, in which I taught k-5th grade reading, spelling, math and created learning activities that allowed me to break down sometimes complicated concepts to simple examples that my young students could grasp. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, however, I have taken 15 credit hours of Early Childhood courses which I plan on using to complete a CDA program.
