I would make sure the new born and toddlers had their diapers changed and they were fed on their scheduled times, and every time they were changed and fed I would write it down for the parents. I would get down to their level and play with them also did learning activities with them. I supervised the toddlers on the play ground. When I worked with the latchkey children, I would help them with their homework and prepared their food for them and supervised them on the playground. I really enjoy working with new born toddlers and latchkey children, with every age group I've learned a lot.
