I hired her though she asked some inappropriate questions and was late for the interview. Her reference was excellent, so I went ahead with her starting. She worked three days, and had me buy a bunch of stuff she needed the next week, then quit over text saying it was too many hours. She was aware of the hours prior to starting and left me in quite a tough situation.

She agreed to a time but then cancelled a couple of hours before. I had been messaging back and forth with her letting her know what I was looking for and never once did she say she had a full time job. Very disappointed.
