I have watched children from newborn through 12 years of age. I was a nanny for 17 months for the same family until February 9, 2012 for a 3, 4, and 9-year-old. My position ended because of a change in their parent's employment. I did in home day care for many years while my boys were growing up. I am First Aid and CPR certified. I have a criminal background and FBI check on file. I have stayed with children in their home overnight while parents were on vacation. I worked with children for many years in the school system. I am a grandmother of 9. The 5 younger grandchildren, ages 10 months to 7 years old live out of state and it gives me comfort to take care of little ones here, since I do not get to be with them very often. My responsibilities would include light housekeeping, laundry, picking up after the children and cooking, and, of course providing the utmost care for your children so you feel totally comfortable when you leave for work until you return home at night. I would totally respect your parenting requests as well as being capable of making daily decisions concerning the welfare of your child or children. I feel I would be an asset to your family. My interests are crafts and reading.
