I currently am a babysitter at a church nursery in Marianna, AR, and I have been working there since January 2011. They are children that I see as my own, and I treat them as my own. Before this job, I was a substitute teacher. If you were to ask any of my students about "Ms. Pam", they would tell you that they would rather have me as their primary instructor. The students took a liking to me because I didn't constantly raise my voice at them, I made myself available to them whenever they needed me, and I was someone that they could depend on whenever they needed my help with anything. Prior to being a substitute teacher, I was an intern for a national children's organization. My duties consisted of managing a classroom of 10 students (integrated) from 8-3 every day of the week throughout the summers of 2009 and 2010, developing and implementing lessons plans that were related to the foundation of the program, and worked as a team player with other workers.
