I have a 1 year old boy and 3 year old girl. Both kids are shy but not with Pam. She is very engaging with the kids and they love her. I don't get any tears when I leave the house which makes me feel good. Pam plays with both kids and they have a great time. No problems here. Pam is wonderful.
