Hi my name is Paige and I have been a teacher for the last 4 years in both Philadelphia and South Korea. I taught kindergarten, 2nd grade, and special ed. in middle school so I have been all over the place! I graduated from West Chester University and then went to Eastern University to get my teaching certification. In between schools, I worked at the Malvern School day care in Newtown Square for a year or so with infants and toddlers. I have also been a nanny for several families in the area all through college and beyond and I am very comfortable working with kids of all ages. My sister lives in the area and has 4 children (9, 7, 5, and 1) and I have been around almost every day for all of their lives. I have worked around kids in various aspects for about 15 years so I feel very comfortable taking care of kids, I know what need to be done to keep the house running (laundry, cleaning, etc.), and I love them! To tell you a little about my situation right now, I was unfortunately one of those unlucky teachers who got laid of from the Philadelphia school district so I have been enjoying my summer the last few weeks and now need to crack down and find a job! I'm going to take a year off from teaching to nanny and spend more time with my sister's family in hopes that the job market will get better for teachers in a year or so! I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule also so I can work as much as you need and can work around your schedule.

I grew up in Wayne, went to New Eagle elementary, Valley Forge Middle, and Conestoga High school and now I am back living in the area... right near gateway shopping center. I have a reliable car and I have had a recent criminal and child abuse check done for my teaching job. I also have plenty of references available upon request. Look forward to hearing from you!
