My name is Olivia and I am a 24-year-old college graduate. I have more than 8 years experience working with children of all ages. Working with children is my passion. Creating activities, games and crafts is always fun. I was a PT Nanny for 2 years during college for a family with two children. I started watching their oldest when she was 8 months old until she was 3 years old and her younger brother was 18 months. I continued to babysat for them. I was also a Nanny for my 19-month-old niece for a month before I left on a mission trip. We would go for walks, enjoy story time at the library, play at the park, paint in the backyard, play with playdoh, swim in the pool, read books together, play dress up, and play in the yard with a sprinkler and water table. During my summer mission trip I worked at a special needs home for children with numerous disabilities where I cared for and played with them. It was such a rewarding and heart-breaking experience that taught me so much.

I also worked for the Boys & Girls Club for 4 years as the Lead After-school Counselor. I helped children with their homework and came up with daily activities. I also worked there as a Head Camp Counselor during the summers. I was in charge of about 70 children from ages Pre-K to 8th grade. I made sure we arrived at field trips on time, had snacks and kept everyone well-hydrated. I also gave swimming tests, organized activities to engage all ages, worked on behavioral issues (no such thing as a "bad" child), and gave parents daily activity updates. For many years, I also helped out during Vacation Bible School at area churches as an assistant, a teacher and then a director.
